Overview
We’re looking for strong, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Heavy General Laborers.. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment
• Perform consistent heavy lifting (50–60lbs) throughout the shift
• Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to contributing positively to the work environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.
