We are seeking a skilled counterbalance Forklift Operator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing team. If you’re safety-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse or production environment, we’d love to hear from you!

At least 2 years of proven forklift operating experience - with two references

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain organized and efficient inventory flow
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• This role will be 50% forklift / 50% general labor

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven forklift operating experience - with a reference
• Valid external forklift license
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual work habits
