Salary: 65,000k+

Are you an interior designer?  Do you have a specialization in the commercial interior design space and are looking for a new role?  If so, we have a great new opportunity for you.  If you have 3-5 years of interior design experience and live in the Markham region, this role could be for you.

• 65,000k+ (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management of full cycle of each project
• Attend client discovery meetings and be the point of contact for all client inquiries and updates through the project
• Design, development and concept creation
• Using AutoCAD and SketchUp to create all designs
• Source material and products for each project with vendors
• Ensure all projects are following project deadlines
• Managing client expectations
• Roll out and execution of all projects
• Other duties required by team and management

 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working in interior design, commercial space is a must
• ARIDO membership and/or NCIDQ certification required
• BCIN Certification is a huge asset
• Strong client management skills
• Exceptional project management skills
• Must be able to work in office 5 days/week and travel 20% of the time to client locations within a 2hr radius of the GTA
