Express Employment of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Part-Time Production & Purchasing Coordinator with strong QuickBooks and purchasing/procurement experience. This role supports production scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and general administrative tasks within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hr
Part-Time | 9:00-2:00 Mon- FRi
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Inventory (Top Priority)

Create and manage purchase orders in QuickBooks.

Track deliveries, resolve vendor discrepancies, and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Monitor inventory levels, pull parts for work carts, and order missing materials to support production.

Maintain strong supplier communication to ensure timely material availability.
Production Support

Assist with production scheduling and workflow coordination.

Review work orders and ensure alignment with production needs.

Support light shipping/receiving and help with periodic inventory counts.
Administrative Support

Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, maintain documentation, and assist with internal communication.

Support leadership with general office tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

Strong QuickBooks experience required (purchase orders, inventory, vendor management).

Purchasing or procurement experience required—manufacturing preferred.

2–4 years of experience in production support, purchasing, or operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
