We are looking for a Website & Social Media Content Specialist to manage, update, and enhance our online platforms. This role plays a key part in increasing customer engagement, improving brand visibility, and driving traffic to our business.


✨ Position Overview

The Website & Social Media Content Specialist will be responsible for editing and maintaining our business website, creating engaging social media content, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing online branding across multiple digital platforms.


💻 Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain company website content, images, pages, and product/service information

  • Improve website layout, SEO content, and user experience to increase traffic and engagement

  • Create and publish high-quality posts, graphics, videos, and stories across social media platforms

  • Manage social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others as needed

  • Develop a consistent posting schedule and content calendar

  • Monitor social media analytics, insights, and engagement trends

  • Respond to messages, comments, and customer interactions professionally

  • Collaborate with management to promote specials, events, announcements, and company updates

  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms

  • Assist with digital marketing strategies, including boosting posts and running targeted ads (optional but preferred)


📚 Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience editing or managing a business website (GoDaddy, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) preferred

  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and online customer engagement

  • Excellent writing, communication, and creativity skills

  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
