Salary: $16 - $20
Pay: $18–$21/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
Overview: Our client in the service industry is seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for candidates experienced in administrative support, clerical work, customer service, office management, or office coordination. You’ll help keep the office running efficiently through scheduling, data entry, communication support, payment entry and general administrative tasks. If you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything on track, this admin job could be the perfect fit.
Maintain accurate and organized office files, records, and digital documents, supporting overall office administration.
Track and restock office supplies and equipment as needed.
Keep shared spaces clean, orderly, and welcoming.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and mail with strong customer service and professionalism.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, providing excellent front-desk and reception support.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Schedule service calls, appointments, and conference calls;
Complete data entry tasks in spreadsheets, databases, and internal software.
Update records such as customer data, inventory lists, and project documents.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Receptionist.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. A Plus for On-Line Quickbooks.
Professional phone etiquette and ability to respond to basic company inquiries.
Strong organizational skills, time-management ability, and a proactive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
