Inbound/Outbound Receiver

• Location: Vernon Hills
• Pay: $19–$21/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role: We are seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Warehouse Operators to join our growing team at a global distribution center. This position focuses on pick/pack operations and supports both inbound and outbound logistics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
• Maintain strict adherence to productivity targets and operational procedures
• Ensure quality standards and workplace conduct policies are met
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently (forklift experience preferred)
• Use basic computer systems for inventory and order tracking

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of previous Warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
