Inventory Administrative Clerk

 

 

Payrate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

 

  

Local Ocala, FL Manufacturing Company is looking for someone for their Inventory Administrative Clerk. In this role you will answer phones, monitor email inbox, handle the filing, data entry, scanning, copying, create and edit documents on MS Office Suite, print inventory labels, cycle count, use inventory scanning guns, help with material receiving, create production work orders and inventory transfers. Must be a team player, someone who understands working in a manufacturing/construction type environment as well as the mannerisms of that type of environment. Requirements:

  • Must have 2 years minimum in an Inventory Administrative position.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
