Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Full Time 1st Shift Custodian for a local company in Salina, KS We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Central Kansas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. 

Duties include:

• Perform thorough daily inspections of  common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
• Monitor and manage the availability of cleaning materials and equipment. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient supplies.
• Perform cleaning on entire bathrooms, and offices. 
• Address and resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning 
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
