Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience). Typical range $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in LaVergne, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience applying protective and decorative coatings to industrial equipment, machinery, and surfaces. This role is critical in ensuring durability, safety, and quality standards across our operations.
Surface preparation: Cleaning, sanding, blasting, or chemical treatment to ensure proper adhesion.
Application of coatings: Using spray guns, rollers, and brushes to apply paints, primers, and finishes.
Equipment maintenance: Safely operating and maintaining painting tools and spray equipment.
Quality control: Inspecting finished work to meet company and industry standards.
Safety compliance: Following OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.
Experience in industrial or commercial painting (preferred).
Knowledge of surface prep techniques, paint mixing, and coating applications.
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
Physical capability to lift, bend, and work in various environments.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
