CNC Machinist/Programmer

Located in Valdosta, GA

Salary: $20/hr. - BOE

 

Express is looking for a reliable CNC Machinist one of our great Valdosta clients

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

 The applicant needs to be able to set up and operate a variety of CNC Machines, Lathes, and Mills to produce the parts and instruments. 

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years machining experience (Required).
• Programming experience (Preferred).
• Ability to fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
• Applying knowledge of mechanics.
• Shop mathematics.
• Knowledge of metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.

Ability to work in a production environment with short cycle times

 

 

 

 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–40 lbs (varies by workplace).
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable working in both quiet and high-traffic environments.
