About the Role

We are seeking a Yard Supervisor to lead a small crew and oversee daily yard operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, safety, and smooth coordination with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small yard crew
• Oversee loading and unloading of materials
• Operate construction forklifts and other heavy equipment
• Liaise with dispatch to coordinate workflow
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Yard Supervisor or Construction Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with forklifts and heavy equipment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
