Customer Service Representative

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00/Hour
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional service, and supporting sales initiatives through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position offers an opportunity to develop your communication abilities while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Provide friendly customer support at the counter, on the sales floor, and over the phone
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and product displays
- Receive shipments, stock merchandise, and rotate inventory
- Support general administrative tasks such as answering calls and assisting with product information
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations
Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience is an asset
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to lift to 50lbs as part of regular duties
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Basic computer or POS knowledge (training provided)
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/Hour
