Job Title: Maintenance Groundskeeper
Location: RV Resort Park
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour

 

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the RV resort park grounds and facilities. This role supports daily operations by performing landscaping, minor maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure excellent experience for all guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the resort grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and weed control
• Assist with irrigation system adjustments and basic repairs
• Complete minor maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting, pressure washing, and fixture upkeep
• Inspect the park areas daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation of facilities
• Empty trash cans throughout the property and maintain waste disposal areas
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry tasks as directed
• Support seasonal projects, property improvements, and special event setups
• Report safety hazards, equipment needs, or repair issues to management
• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely and responsibly
• Provide friendly customer service to guests as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate lawn equipment, hand tools, and basic maintenance tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand/walk for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow daily task lists and safety procedures
