• Review, analyze, and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Investigate claim details, verify documentation, and determine eligibility

• Communicate with policyholders, agents, and third parties to gather information

• Evaluate claims for fraud indicators and escalate as needed

• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate claim records

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality in all claim data

• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and report preparation

• Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, customer service, or analytical roles

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret policy documents

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
