Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: DOE – Competitive hourly rates + weekly pay

A reputable local concrete company is expanding their team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their Concrete Pour Crew. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction or concrete experience who enjoy fast-paced outdoor work and want long-term stability.

🔨 Job Duties Include

• Assisting with setting forms, preparing sites, and prepping materials

• Pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces

• Using hand tools and power tools required for concrete work

• Assisting with rebar placement, leveling, and layout

• Working with crew leads to complete daily tasks on schedule

• Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and job sites

• Following all safety protocols and onsite instructions

💪 Requirements

• Previous concrete, construction, or general labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments (heat/cold)

• Willingness to work early start times

• Must be dependable with reliable transportation

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

• Steel-toe boots required

• Must pass background and drug screen (client specific)
