📌 NOW HIRING: Accountant (Full-Time | In-Office)

Location: Waco, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$25/hr DOE
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Accountant with strong Excel expertise and experience reconciling accounts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with large data sets, and is looking for long-term career growth.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations
Work extensively with large spreadsheets, pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas, and data analysis
Process and maintain financial records, journal entries, and reports
Assist with balance sheet reviews and variance analysis
Support payroll, billing, and accounts payable/receivable functions as needed
Collaborate closely with management on budgeting and forecasting tasks
Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all financial data

📊 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- V-Lookups
- Complex formulas
- Managing large/massive spreadsheets
Strong understanding of reconciliable accounts
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication & organizational abilities
Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday
