Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative located in Arlington, WA. Starting pay is $21 per hour. This is starting as a part-time position of 26 hours a week working Wednesday–Friday.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate State Farm products.
• Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients with policy selection.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

Business Development

• Prospect for new business and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
• Participate in community events and networking to build brand presence.

Administrative & Compliance

• Process policy changes, payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with Washington State insurance regulations and State Farm standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health license preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Sales experience in insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with State Farm products and systems.
