Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00-5:00)

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals – Chicago West Loop is seeking an energetic and personable Junior Sales Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen our presence in the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn sales, gain business-to-business experience, and build lasting professional relationships in the staffing industry.

You will be responsible for making in-person visits to prospective companies, introducing our services, and setting appointments for follow-up meetings. Your efforts directly contribute to our success and your own — with commissions earned for every confirmed appointment and new client secured.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily visits to local businesses to deliver marketing materials and introduce Express Employment Professionals.
• Engage with decision-makers to identify potential staffing needs.
• Schedule follow-up meetings for the Franchise owner.
• Maintain accurate records of daily drop-offs, appointments, and client interactions.
• Represent Express with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
• Support marketing campaigns, community events, and networking activities.
• Meet or exceed weekly outreach and appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
• Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable visiting businesses in person and speaking with hiring managers or supervisors.
• Prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be dependable, professional, and results-oriented.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
