Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: West Asheville, NC Type: Full-Time | Excellent Long-Term Opportunity
Our client, a well-established food trading company in West Asheville, is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) to support their busy online fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid organizational skills who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy of shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
Use basic computer systems to enter data, print labels, and update order information
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas
Support inventory rotation and stock counts
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (forklift experience preferred but not required—will train)
Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing
Ability to perform basic math for inventory counts and measurements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Reliability and willingness to learn new tasks
$18/hr starting pay
