Location: Hartland, WI
Shift: Mon – Fri (8am-4:30pm)
Pay Rate: $25.00p/hr
Description: Will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as order entry & routing, after receiving emails, phone calls, faxes or walk-ins. Order receipts and confirmations. Accounts receivable where you would be processing invoices, deposits and payments. Assisting with providing prospective customers company information & setting up new customers in database. Assisting with the filing & the front desk duties. On a weekly biases are you drafting aged reports for company. On a monthly biases you are drafting customer statements, salesperson commission reports & correspondence. Monthly, you are helping with social media marketing. Annually, you are AR-Filing cabinet rotation of previous years, down size customer folders with frequent orders. August Holiday Pre-book promotion phone calls and emails. Performing Trade Show lead follow up & rotating stock within Showroom.
