Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Schedule: Rotating | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off
Pay: $14/hour starting
Type: Temp-to-Hire with room for growth
Support daily tile production processes
Operate machinery and assist with glaze application
Perform basic maintenance and quality checks
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for up to 12 hours
Strong work ethic and reliability
