Title Processing Specialist

Located in Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $22 - $25

Our client in Moon Township has an immediate need for a

Title Processor for a family leave fill in.

 

Duties to include:

• Contact the borrower, buyer, lender, seller, creditor, and agent as needed
• Address client email and phone calls as they come in
• Prepare/Order Deeds, subordinations and affidavits
• Enter figures on the HUD Settlement Statements
• Deliver documents to all parties in the transaction

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in the Title Industry

Ability to communicate effectively with internal team and clients

 

This is a contract position of 3+ months duration
