Our client is seeking a skilled Petroleum Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain petroleum equipment at commercial and retail fueling sites. This role is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Pay: $18-$20/hr depending on experience

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)

Location: Birdsboro, PA

 

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair petroleum equipment, including pumps, dispensers, tank monitoring systems, and related components

• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using testing tools and equipment

• Complete service reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Travel to client locations as needed

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a petroleum service technician or similar mechanical/technical field preferred

• Knowledge of fuel dispensing systems, tank monitors, and petroleum industry equipment is a plus

• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
