Pick and Pack Associate Location: Pembina, ND Employer: Express Employment Professionals Schedule: Full-time Pay: $20 - $25/hr
Position Overview: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate for a warehouse operation in Pembina. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanning systems
Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
Verify item counts, product codes, and order accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse tasks as needed
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
Dependable work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
