Salary: $22-$26/hr DOE

The Specialized Recruiting Group is now hiring for an Accounting Assistant for a local company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a temporary position, with the potential for it to be long term/permanent.  The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:15a-5:00p. The compensation for this position will range from $22-$26/hr DOE.  The company also offers medical, dental, vision & life, as well as a 401k, PTO and a very generous holiday schedule once hired on. 

  

 

Job Duties:

• Accounts Payable
• General Ledger Auditing
• Other tasks as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting or similar field. 
• Quickbooks Online skills intermediate or higher
• MS Office skills basic or higher
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Must pass preemployment background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Effectively work independently, as a team, and with internal customers
