A Fargo company is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on commercial job sites. This hands-on position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards are followed, and delivering high-quality workmanship on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of roofing crew on-site
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Interpret construction plans and specifications
Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Maintain accurate job records and daily reports
Enforce safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
3+ years of commercial roofing experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role
Proficient in a variety of commercial roofing systems
Ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Benefits:Competitive pay, health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. The pay range is $85k-$110k+ DOE.
