A local agricultural company is seeking a Seed Processing Technician to join their team. This hands-on role involves operating conditioning equipment, performing quality checks, and keeping production running smoothly. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule:
April–September: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
October–March: Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (includes $2/hour shift differential)
Requirements:
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with physical tasks (climbing stairs/ladders)
Must pass background and drug screening
Able to work independently and follow safety procedures
