Our client, a highly respected food trading company in West Asheville, is looking for 2 reliable Production Associates to join their growing team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy a team-focused environment, and want to build a stable career, this could be the perfect fit.
Prepare inventory and raw product for packaging
Use scales, tools, and equipment to measure, portion, and package items
Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Assist with other production tasks based on operational needs
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Effective verbal communication with coworkers and leadership
Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
$17/hr starting pay
Monday–Friday daytime schedule
