About the Role

Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is partnering with a local organization that supports adults with disabilities to hire a 245D Program Manager. This individual will oversee daily operations, staff management, and client care while ensuring compliance with 245D regulations. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader with strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise program staff
• Ensure client safety, quality of care, and compliance with 245D and company policies
• Act as Designated Coordinator for assigned individuals, maintaining communication with guardians and case managers
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans and goals
• Train, coach, and support direct care team members
• Accurately complete documentation and billing
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in team meetings and audits
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field
• 2–4 years of direct care experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Health Card

Physical Requirements

• Ability to drive a van or bus as needed
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Work includes both indoor and outdoor environments
