Payroll Manager

Up to $105K/year

Manages payroll and benefits operations, overseeing staff to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefit administration, union/trust fund reporting, and compliance with all payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Reporting: Process and approve weekly payroll; reconcile payroll GL accounts; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, including W-2s and tax filings.
• Benefits & Compliance: Manage employee benefits updates, union/trust fund reporting, and ensure compliance with payroll laws and audits.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide payroll staff, provide training, and maintain adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years payroll and benefits administration experience, including 5+ years managing staff
