Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair facility equipment and systems including packing and line machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Support the Production department with proper machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeover activities.
• Follow all safety and SOP regulations and procedures, including Performance Systems (MPS).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Training and/or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field with basic knowledge in PLC and robotics.
• 5+ years of general maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and correcting mechanical and electrical issues.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a team environment.
