Location: Wauconda, IL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (occasional later days until 6:00pm) Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a technically proficient individual with experience in the installation industry who is ready to transition into a hybrid office/warehouse role. This position combines administrative responsibilities, estimating support, and occasional warehouse assistance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments, able to adapt to shifting priorities, and motivated to take ownership of responsibilities.
Estimating & Administrative Support
Learn and utilize quoting software to prepare estimates.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling documentation, and supporting office operations.
Warehouse Oversight
Support warehouse operations when quote volume is lower.
Ensure products are properly tagged, organized, and prepared for delivery.
Help maintain efficiency and accuracy in warehouse processes.
Collaboration
Work closely with both office and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Step in to assist with additional requests as needed.
Background in installations or furniture installation industry strongly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly.
Experience with office administrative duties and responsibilities.
Understanding of warehouse operations and willingness to assist hands-on when required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative.
Someone with installation experience who is ready to move into a blended office/warehouse role.
A team player who can balance technical proficiency with hands-on warehouse support.
Comfortable taking charge and helping streamline warehouse staff and processes.
