Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Warehouse Associate openings in Circle Pines, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse and distribution operations.

• Hourly Pay: $20–$24
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory control and execution of cycle counts; assist in review and investigation of discrepancies.
• Prepare and ship/receive international and domestic shipments to/from the company.
• Assist in preparation of all outbound freight and receiving inbound freight, including loading/unloading trucks and containers.
• Maintain inbound/outbound freight records; calculate weights and dimensions using scales and measuring devices.

Expected Results

• Accurate execution of cycle counts and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Efficient handling of outbound and inbound freight operations.

• Ability to manage freight documentation effectively.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/distribution experience.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle freight; energetic and adaptable to physical tasks.

Equipment Used

• Standard warehouse equipment; multiple openings available.
