We are Currently Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSSR)
Our Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives are energetic, knowledgeable professionals who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires a passion for customer service and a strong desire to support both commercial and residential clients within the green industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.

• Build, strengthen, and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Assist customers with product questions and needs in person, over the phone, and via online ordering.

• Pull, stage, and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.

• Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales with existing and prospective customers.

• Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improved business practices.

• Support merchandising, inventory management, and general store operations while upholding a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale preferred.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of the landscaping, nursery, irrigation, or related products—is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and processes.

• Ability to make quick, sound decisions.

• Inventory management experience is helpful.

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. As you Will be lifting Inventory

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
