Specialized Recruiting Group is now hiring for a Sales Coordinator position in Monrovia!

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and great at solving problems. This role involves managing customer support from quote to post-sale follow-up, ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Pay: $27.00 DOE                               Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and enter customer quotes and orders.
• Review order backlog and resolve issues (e.g., credit holds, missing info).
• Communicate with customers via email and phone.
• Track and close sales opportunities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ensure order accuracy and proper documentation for sales and commissions.
• Stay familiar with company products and services.
• Attend backlog and project meetings as needed.
• Support regional sales managers, reps, and dealers.
• Follow approval processes for discounts, returns, and special quotes.
• Achieve 95%+ accuracy in order entry.
• Respond to quote requests same-day.
• Meet consumable sales goals.
• Assist other departments when neede

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales or procurement experience.
• Familiar with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and on a team.
• Experience with channel sales (reps, distributors, etc.).
