Key Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of personnel on your shift. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Helping with scheduling when needed.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays, using production and operational reports.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform accident investigations.
• Manage and coordinate the team’s performance including working alongside them.
• Be knowledgeable of products and quality requirements.
• Help teams to communicate effectively with all shifts and employees in the organization.
• Promotes safety, security, and good housekeeping practices in area.
• Help teams to communicate effectively with all shifts in the organization.
• Keeps employees informed of company and department policies.
• Work in other areas and do other duties as assigned and needed by company.
• Boost morale on shift by maintaining open communication with employees and upper management

• This role is essential for the startup of this new location and will begin with a training period at our corporate location in Chicopee MA.****

Experience Required

2 years work in a warehouse setting with hands on experience. 

2 or more years in a supervisory role.
