Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Are you detail-oriented, creative, and love working with your hands? We’re looking for a Sign & Graphics Installer / Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll install eye-catching signage—from vehicle wraps to wall graphics—and assist with production tasks in the shop. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and seeing your work come to life, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Schedule: Monday – Friday - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (Daily team meeting at 8:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:

Installation Duties

• Install signs, graphics, and vinyl on vehicles, walls, and other surfaces.
• Safely operate power tools, ladders, and lifts.
• Conduct site surveys with accurate measurements and photos.
• Follow proofs, drawings, and installation guides.
• Transport materials professionally and safely.

Production Support

• Assist with fabrication, trimming, laminating, and mounting prints.
• Weed and mask vinyl graphics.
• Assemble signs, banners, and dimensional letters.
• Help maintain shop cleanliness and inventory.

Requirements

•  3+ years of experience installing signs etc.
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Pay attention to detail
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
