This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to close deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
- Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate assessments of roofing needs.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates to customers.
- Educate clients on roofing options, materials, and warranties.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (roofing or construction industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and conducting roof inspections.
