Wage: $18.50/hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Placing in and removing mandrels from hot molds
• Shooting resin presses to specifications
• Cutting and prepping various carbon and fiberglass materials and applying to mandrels
• Work with numerous machines on application and inspection processes in preparing bat shells for a finished product
• Work with mixing solutions, paint, applying graphics, reading specification sheets and work orders on final product
Job Requirements include:
• HSD or GED preferred, but not required
• Have a great attention to detail
• Be hands-on with all aspects of the job
• Ability to be universal in working different departments when needed
• Ability to follow all safety policies and protocols
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 25lbs throughout shift
