Account Manager– Baton Rouge

FULL-TIME/LONG-TERM/EVALUATION HIRE

$18  / Hr.

Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Inside Sales Representative for an Industrial Manufacturing Company in East Baton Rouge.  The primary responsibility will be to respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, and order status.  Must be able to interact with customers and the sales department to process orders and quotations accurately.  1 year of previous industrial sales experience preferred.  Punctuality is a must!

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Account Manager: 

• Interact with customers and various departments in a professional manner.
• Respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, and order status
• Obtain basic parts information from CAD drawings and other internal documents
• Other tasks may be needed 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• Must project a strong customer focus, be able to deal diplomatically with customers, and project a positive corporate image
• Good organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime as needed
