7:30am-4:00pm-Monday through Friday

 

Overview

We are seeking a punctual, reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organizational skilled, ability to work independently, and self-starter Shop Associate. This individual will be working at our Headquarters facility located in Delavan. The ideal candidate will be assisting in production needs, inventory stocking, inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, building shipments for projects for our field technicians, assembly, and other duties assigned.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness & organization throughout the facility
• Assist with daily needs to make the company successful
• Operate forklifts in safe manner while moving merchandise
• Load/Unload shipments from outside vendors and our team members
• Receiving deliveries & organizing incoming merchandise by quantities & stocking
• Support fleet & equipment preparation for shipments for projects
• Organize merchandise, tools, inventory, & job-related equipment
• Ensure compliance with company safety & housekeeping standards
• Identify & report damaged, missing, or low-stock issues to management

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred
• Welding & knowledge of basic hand tools are preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Mechanical knowledge
• CDL-A not required but willing to obtain if requested
• Knowledge of presses, breaks, & metal bending machinery
• Industrial painting preferred

Pay: $20.00 per hour, based on experience
