Our client located in McHenry, IL, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their HVAC team! In this position, you will help promote heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services through digital channels, driving customer engagement and lead generation.

Salary & Schedule:

• Pay: $19–$21 per hour
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (may require time outside of normal scheduled hours)

In this position, you will:

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Support email marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Help manage website updates, including service pages and blog posts
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis within the HVAC industry
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience preferred (Not required)
• Basic understanding of social media and digital advertising
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and basic graphic design
• Interest in home services or HVAC industry is a plus
