About Us

RV & Yacht Repair, Inc. is a rapidly growing service company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We currently operate with a team of 6 experienced technicians, billing at $250/hour plus a $270 callout fee, and we are actively expanding into Southern California, Washington, and Oregon.

We pride ourselves on fast response times, when customers call, we answer. If we don’t, they call the competition. Our quality, integrity and speed set us apart.

Why This Role Is Different

In three months, the right person will be offered a no investment ownership of the business.   This means that if you hustle and make it happen, you will become the owners of a 1.2 million per year business with $285,000 net income without paying anything!!

We are currently adding four permanent Team Members who will:

• Support daily operations
• Grow with the company
• Have a clear internal promotion path

 

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role combining office operations, customer communication, scheduling, and technical understanding. You will:

• Answer and return incoming calls
• Capture customer bookings
• Schedule technicians and verify schedules
• Process invoices and record work completed
• Sell diagnosed repair work and systems services
• Maintain records and obtain customer reviews
• Support specialized operational tasks as needed
• Process ADP Payroll

Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility, become independent, and help run operations alongside leadership.

Training & Certification

No RV experience required — we train you.

During your first 1–2 months, you will:

1. Complete and pass the RVTI RV Technician Course (company paid)
2. Pass an open-book exam of our RV & Yacht Repair Technician Manual
3. Pass an open-book exam of the RV & Yacht Repair Playbook
4. After two months, pass a closed-book exam of the playbook

This ensures you understand the technical foundation required to manage calls, scheduling, sales, and communication accurately and confidently.

Sales ability is a major plus, especially when recommending or selling diagnosed repair services.
