Seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting operations for a growing property management portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage AP/AR, including invoices, tenant allocations, payment reconciliations, and deposits
  • Handle GET filings, property-tax tasks, monthly management fees, transfers, and 1099 support
  • Prepare financial statements, complete bank reconciliations, review variances, and assist owners/tenants as needed

Requirements

  • AS in Accounting required; BS preferred
  • 4+ years accounting experience (property management a plus)
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); Word proficiency
