Express in Ogden is seeking a Maintenance Tech for a laundry company, the position is a temp to hire position with advancement opportunities in the Ogden area!

 

This is a long-term position with a busy shop!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and repair Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic systems, and equipment
•  Assist in running an efficient maintenance operation
•  Manage maintenance projects
• Understand and work in accordance with the company’s quality requirements
• Be able to perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance to minimize unplanned downtime
• Record and document all work carried out on all equipment on both paper and electronic systems as required
• Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve
• Document breakdowns, identifying root cause and remedial action to help identify and resolve recurring issues

• Ideal person will be:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and basic troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience performing maintenance tasks
• A cooperative attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Hard-working
• Attention to detail
• Be dependable
• Attention to safe working practices

 Pay: $18.00
