Leads a 7-person accounting team, driving timely/accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and key financial analyses, while coordinating inventories, projections, and cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and all financial reporting (statements, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
• Oversee team leadership, training, and performance management across the accounting department
• Coordinate semi-annual inventories and projections, and support companywide financial analysis and forecasting

Requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Accounting degree, public accounting experience, 5+ years accounting/management
