Salary: up to $18.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Inside Sales for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential new customers

• Proactively find and develop new business opportunities

• Present, promote, and sell new products to prospective clients

• Build strong relationships and gain new customers, while maintaining ongoing accounts

• Track interactions, leads, and sales activity using company systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure
