Insurance Representative

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Licensed Insurance Representative to join a reputable insurance agency known for excellent customer service and strong professional growth opportunities.
If you are already licensed, great! If not, but you're motivated to start a career in insurance, Express will cover the licensing costs for successful candidates who can obtain their license within 4–6 weeks. 

In this role, you’ll provide clients with trusted guidance, policy recommendations, and ongoing support for their insurance needs while representing an established, customer-focused agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting the right insurance products for their personal or business needs.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Process new applications, policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all state and agency regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and client retention.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an insurance sales or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems for quotes, documentation, and client records.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
