🔧 What You’ll Do

• Operate dozers and heavy equipment to complete finish grade work with exact precision

• Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running safely

• Work closely with supervisors, grade checkers, and crew members to keep projects on track

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Assist with additional on-site duties when needed

👷 Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of dozer operating experience, specifically in finish grade work

• Experience with GPS or laser grading systems (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of site layouts, slopes, and drainage requirements

• Reliable team player who can also work independently

• Valid driver’s license + dependable transportation

• Able to pass pre-employment screening (drug/background if required)

• Comfortable sitting for long periods and operating machine controls

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
